The participation period ends on February 28. The contest is part of the promotional campaign for the 2013/14 winter season of the Pyrenees and Lands of Lleida.
Photo contest is carried out through social media such as Twitter and Instagram and can be participated by all those who like snow and who want to convey their experience, emotions and the various activities that can be done around it. the snow of the Pyrenees of Lleida.
Participants (over 18 years of age) can take one or more photographs of the snow experience in the Lleida district and upload them to Twitter (@aralleida, @aralleida_es) or Instagram until February 28, 2014 with the hashtags #aralleidaneu and #aralleidanieve. This image, which will have the name of the owner, must be accompanied by a brief comment about the emotion of the moment of capturing the photo.
On March 10, 2014, the winner will be made public through the contest platforms (Twitter @aralleida, @aralleida_es and www.aralleida.cat/concursneu, www.aralleida.com/concursonieve) by the jury of the Tourist Board.
All the information about participation in the contest, as well as the images that are published on the social platform Twitter, can be consulted on the aralleida website and other social platforms (Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Flickr, etc.).
The prize consists of a weekend for two people with full board in a place in the Lleida region with a leisure activity and a wellness programme.
With the campaign "Where snow is more than snow", the Board wants to promote the alpine and Nordic skiing offer of the 11 winter centers in the Pyrenees of Lleida as well as spread snow tourism and après-ski and the wide and varied tourist offer that the visitor can enjoy in the Lleida demarcation as a whole during the winter season, which goes beyond the practice of white sports.
