Rules of the Hotel Les Brases Summer Raffle
Hotel Les Brases makes, in accordance with the present rules of the draw, the gift of 2 hotel nights for 2 people.
1. The prize consists of:
Two nights at the Hotel Les Brases for two people on a Bed and Breakfast basis during one of the following periods, to choose:
- From Sunday August 27 to Thursday August 31.
- From Sunday September 3 to Thursday September 7.
2. Participation will be valid if the user meets the minimum requirements within the established deadlines, that is, from July 17, 2017 to August 17, 2017 at 12:00 pm, both inclusive:
- You must be of legal age.
- You must like the Facebook page of the Hotel Les Brases
- In the publication of the Draw, you must mention the person with whom you would enjoy the prize if you are the winner.
- You must become a subscriber of Hotel Les Brases by completing the following Form: http://www.hotellesbrases.com/blog/sorteo-dos-noches-de-hotel-en-sort/
3. The Draw will be carried out through the independent application Sortea2.
4. The resolution of the draw will be held on August 17 at 12:00 pm.
5. The winner will be notified personally through a private message on Facebook and also by email.
6. In turn, the name of the winner will be published on the social networks of Hotel Les Brases and wherever the company deems appropriate.
7. The winner must reply to the message sent by Hotel Les Brases within 24 hours. If the company does not receive a response within that period, the draw will be held again among the rest of the participants and on Friday, August 18, the new winner will be announced on social networks at 1:00 p.m. (You will also be notified by email and by private message on Facebook of your status as the winner).
8. Failure to meet one of the requirements will exclude said entrant from the draw.
9. The winner must choose two nights that are included in one of the proposed periods to enjoy the free stay at Hotel Les Brases within a period of 48 hours after receiving notification: From Sunday, August 27 to Thursday, August 31. From Sunday September 3 to Thursday September 7.
10. The winner agrees to send Hotel Les Brases photos of their stay at Hotel Les Brases for dissemination on social networks.
11. Hotel Les Brases reserves the right to cancel the draw or make changes to it if deemed necessary.
12. In order to prove the ownership of the winner, the company may request the submission of a photocopy of the DNI or another type of identification document to the winner.
