RULES OF THE DRAW – HOTEL LES BRASES: 2 hotel nights for two + 1 hour of horse riding + 1 zip line multi-adventure session and games for 2 adults
Hotel Les Brases, INVERSIONS I CONTRACTS, SA. with address at Avda. Generalitat, nº 27 de Sort, with CIF A25376609, performs this during the month of May 2019 in accordance with these bases:
1. Participating in this draw organized by Hotel Les Brases is completely free and voluntary. It is not necessary to purchase any product or service to participate.
2. The prize consists of:

Two nights at the Hotel Les Brases for two people on a Bed and Breakfast basis (From May 24 to 26).

1 hour of horse riding to do during that weekend for two adults.

1 zip line multi-adventure session and games for two adults.
3. Participation will be valid if the participant meets the minimum requirements within the established deadlines, from April 23 to May 20, 2019, both inclusive:

You must be of legal age.

You must be a follower of the Hotel Les Brases Facebook page .

In any of the Sweepstakes publications, you must mention the person with whom you would enjoy the prize if you are the winner.

4. It is essential that the people who are going to do both the horse riding and the zip line session must be in perfect physical and mental condition.
5. Any of the raffle activities may be canceled without prior notice if the said companies deem it necessary for any reason: adverse weather conditions, etc.
6. The Draw will be carried out through the independent application Sortea2.
7. The resolution of the draw will be held on May 21, 2019.
8. The winner will be notified personally, through a private message on Facebook, the news and/or by email.
9. In turn, the name of the winner will be published on the social networks of Hotel Les Brases and wherever the company deems appropriate. All participants declare and guarantee that they authorize the use of their image and name by Hotel Les Brases within the framework of the Draw and for informational purposes.
10. The winner must reply to the message sent by Hotel Les Brases within 24 hours. If the company does not receive a response within that period, the draw will be held again among the rest of the participants and on May 22, 2019 the new winner will be announced on social networks (by private message on Facebook) .
11. Failure to meet one of the requirements will exclude said entrant from the draw.
12. Only one entry per person is valid.
13. The winner agrees to send Hotel Les Brases photos of their stay at Hotel Les Brases and their outdoor activity for dissemination on social networks.
14. The staff of the Hotel Les Brases, as well as their relatives up to the first degree, will not be able to participate in the draw.
15. The Port Ainé ski resort has no responsibility in this Draw, nor any obligations related to it.
16. Hotel Les Brases reserves the right to cancel the draw or make changes to it if deemed necessary.
17. In order to prove the ownership of the winner, the company may request the submission of a photocopy of the DNI or another type of identification document to the winner, in addition to requesting their contact telephone number.
18. Acceptance of the bases. Participation in this draw implies acceptance of its bases , as well as acceptance of the criteria established by Hotel Les Brases for the resolutions of any questions arising from it.
