If you have not yet been to Pallars Sobirá, you should know that it is located in the province of Lérida and with the draw you have the perfect opportunity to get to know a natural environment with endless options for nature lovers and adventure sports fans.
What does the Hotel Les Brases draw consist of?
If you want to treat yourself or surprise that special someone, sign up for our raffle by following the steps detailed below and start packing your suitcase for March. What are you waiting for? A weekend skiing and enjoying the charming town of Sort is waiting for you.
Bases of the Draw of 2 hotel nights + 2 days of ski pass
Hotel Les Brases, INVERSIONS I CONTRACTS, SA. with address at Avda. Generalitat, nº 27 de Sort, with CIF A25376609, performs this during the month of March and April 2019 in accordance with these bases:
1. Participating in this draw organized by the Hotel Les Brases is totally free and voluntary . It is not necessary to purchase any product or service to participate.
2. The prize consists of:
- Two nights at the Hotel Les Brases for two people on a Bed and Breakfast basis (From March 15 to 17).
- Two-day Ski Pass for two people at the Port Ainé Ski Resort to ski on March 16 and 17. (activity carried out in an external company).. (activity carried out in an external company).
3. Participation will be valid if the participant meets the minimum requirements within the established deadlines, from March 15 to April 3, 2019, both inclusive:
- You must be of legal age.
- You must be a follower of the Hotel Les Brases Facebook page .
- In any of the Sweepstakes publications, you must mention the person with whom you would enjoy the prize if you are the winner.
- You must become a Hotel Les Brases subscriber (100% free subscription) by completing the Form on this page.
4. It is essential that the people who go to Port Ainé to use their ski pass are in perfect physical and mental condition.
5. The Ski Pass activity can be canceled without prior notice if the ski resort deems it necessary for any reason: adverse weather conditions, etc.
6. The Draw will be carried out through the independent application Sortea2.
7. The resolution of the draw will be held on March 6, 2019.
8. The winner will be notified personally, through a private message on Facebook, the news and/or by email.
9. In turn, the name of the winner will be published on the social networks of Hotel Les Brases and wherever the company deems appropriate. All participants declare and guarantee that they authorize the use of their image and name by Hotel Les Brases within the framework of the Draw and for informational purposes.
10. The winner must reply to the message sent by Hotel Les Brases within 24 hours. If the company does not receive a response within that period, the draw will be held again among the rest of the participants and on April 5, 2019 the new winner will be announced on social networks (by private message on Facebook) .
11. Failure to meet one of the requirements will exclude said entrant from the draw.
12. Only one entry per person is valid.
13. The winner agrees to send Hotel Les Brases photos of their stay at Hotel Les Brases and their outdoor activity for dissemination on social networks.
14. The staff of the Hotel Les Brases, as well as their relatives up to the first degree, will not be able to participate in the draw.
15. The Port Ainé ski resort has no responsibility in this Draw, nor any obligations related to it.
16. Hotel Les Brases reserves the right to cancel the draw or make changes to it if deemed necessary.
17. In order to prove the ownership of the winner, the company may request the submission of a photocopy of the DNI or another type of identification document to the winner, in addition to requesting their contact telephone number.
18. Acceptance of the bases. Participation in this draw implies acceptance of its bases , as well as acceptance of the criteria established by Hotel Les Brases for the resolutions of any questions arising from it.
